MICHELLE CANDELARIA: Director of Human Resources
Michelle has worked in a variety of growth-focused, fast-paced businesses, both large and small, from start-ups to large, publicly-held businesses. Industries she has worked in include IT, wholesale, manufacturing, telecommunications, and media services (Netflix). Michelle is a liberal arts grad (English) from San Jose State and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

CHARLOTTE MISCHEL: Operations & Payroll Manager
Charlotte Mischel joined A to Z in the spring of 2006. A well-traveled gal in the old and new worlds, she loves Paris and lived for four years in Mexico. Charlotte attended University of Montana and often travels back there to visit family and Glacier Park. She and her husband are happy to be in Yamhill County and are developing a small orchard, garden and vineyard on their small farm.
