Honey glazed salmon
Preheat a grill to medium-high. Place salmon, skin side down, on a sheet of foil.
Mix together honey, soy, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Place salmon on grill and glaze with honey mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until medium-well done, about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of salmon. Serve with rice or couscous and grilled vegetables. (The glaze is great on vegetables too!)
