We are committed to helping our independent growers to farm organically and our Jacob-Hart Vineyard is Demeter certified Biodynamic. Biodynamic farming is the most stringent of organic farming practices and takes into count not only the physical aspects of farming, but the energetic and spiritual aspects as well.

JOEY MYERS: Manager of Viticulture

Joey Meyers is a second-generation winegrower and a fifth generation Oregon farmer. He brings two decades of ultra-premium wine grape growing experience and an interest in exploring various methods of regenerative winegrowing for all regions of Oregon. After earning his degree in Geography from Southern Oregon University, he worked in cellars and cool climate vineyards in France, Switzerland, Germany, New Zealand, and California. Joey has his professional certificate from WSU Extension Viticulture/Enology and is an active member of the Willamette Valley Viticulture Technical Group, OWB Research Funding Committee and the Oregon Pest and Disease Advisory Group.
